Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all Benz tags still attached to ensure your return is accepted.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been processed.
